Health workers in Rakai abandoned newly constructed staff quarters citing shoddy work. The building was constructed at Kirumba Health Centre Three located in Kirumba Sub County in Rakai district. Rakai district financed the construction of the quarters to address the accommodation crisis at the health centre.
