hello kibaale. i like and respect namyaka. he is my friend and my dady's friend too.and again he is the manager of our kibaale project. am greateful and thankful to him for his equation that has moved our district forward by some inches.i must say.drop by drop,piece by piece and peace by peace he has lifted our district up by some metres. his leadership is not less important. though.disruspting the council business ,it's negative. it's detrimental to his integrity. it's rediculous .many have it that he intentionally failed kagadi district dream. he feared to loose his political,social, and economic status.quite absurd , indiscretion and deception of highest degree.not my words.*he fought mp nabanja over illegal and huge taxes."mujemgwa a napigwa" thing of that sort.not my words.that almost all tenders go to him and his sons.he has turned district into his stream of income.not my words.agree to diagree without being disagreable is a string that binds leaders together for a common approach to a common problem.
