A Report by the Defense and Internal Affairs Committee of Parliament on the National IDs project has implicated former ministers Alintuma Nsambu (State ICT), Prof. Kiddu Makubuya (Attorney General) and Kirunda Kivejinja (International Affairds) of causing financial loss to the government in the procurement of national id service providers.
