Sharon Byaba and Edgar Mwambutsya who recently lost their jobs in the National Social Security Fund over soliciting a bribe from an NSSF beneficiary tried offered to bribe a journalist of the Observer Maxwell Ochan not to publish a story on them. When they failed, reported Ochan to his Editors claiming he tried to ask them fro a bribe in order to kill the story. The two shameless corrupt minds later offered money to the Observer Editors not to publish the story...but The Observer and Maxwell Ochan stood tall and didnt give in to these corrupt individuals.
